1. Who We Are

MyAIMarketplace is a service operated by DYOE Way LLC ("we," "us," "our") in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through myaimarketplace.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

2. What We Collect

Information you give us

• Waitlist signup: your name, email address, your industry or expertise area, an optional LinkedIn or website URL, and whether you signed up as a worker (someone with expertise to list) or an employer (someone looking to hire AI-backed talent).
• Communications: if you email us, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. Logged by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and operational purposes.
• Cookies: we use minimal cookies — only what is needed to deliver the Site and (where applicable) to remember your preferences. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

What we do NOT collect at this time

• We do not currently collect biometric data, government identification, payment information, professional credentials, AI conversation histories, or any other information beyond the waitlist fields described above.
• When the platform opens for transactions and verification (Phase 2), we will collect additional information including biometric liveness data, government-issued ID, professional credentials, and payment details. Those data flows will be governed by an updated Privacy Policy and (for biometric data) a separate, explicit consent obtained before any collection. No biometric data is being collected today.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you launch updates, early-access invitations, and platform announcements related to MyAIMarketplace.
• To evaluate market interest and segment our waitlist between worker-side and employer-side audiences.
• To respond to your questions and feedback.
• To operate and secure the Site (server logs, abuse prevention).
• To comply with applicable laws.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their direct marketing.

4. Who We Share It With (Sub-processors)

We use a small set of vendors that process information on our behalf, under written contracts that limit their use of your data:

• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the Site, server-log retention, basic security.
• Supabase — database storage of waitlist signups (name, email, role, type, optional LinkedIn URL, timestamp).
• Email delivery provider (Mailchimp or Resend, depending on campaign) — sending you waitlist updates if and when you have opted in.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyAIMarketplace, our users, or others.

5. Your Rights

If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not currently process sensitive personal information for waitlist purposes.
• Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. Where we process your data based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Our lawful bases are: (a) consent, for waitlist signup and marketing communications; and (b) legitimate interests, for operating, securing, and improving the Site.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

How to exercise any of these rights

Email info@myaimarketplace.com with your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (45 days for CCPA, 30 days for GDPR, with the option to extend in limited circumstances).

6. Data Retention

We keep waitlist signup data until you ask us to delete it or until we determine the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected (for example, the launch communications cycle has ended). Server logs are retained per Cloudflare default retention windows. You can request deletion at any time at the email above.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. Examples include encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest (handled by Supabase), Row Level Security policies on our database, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

MyAIMarketplace is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EU/UK.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Privacy Policy when our data practices change — particularly before launching identity verification, biometric liveness verification, payment processing, or any other Phase 2 features. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers by email.

11. Biometric Data Notice (Future)

When the platform opens identity and liveness verification (Phase 2), we will collect biometric identifiers and biometric information ("biometric data") solely for the purpose of confirming that registered workers are real, live human beings. Before any biometric data is collected, you will receive a separate, written consent disclosure that complies with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas CUBI Act, the Washington Biometric Privacy Act, and other applicable biometric laws. No biometric data is collected today.
